Refund policy

Peachy Pablo offers a hassle-free return policy within 14 DAYS of the delivery date of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, UNUSED, AND IN THE SAME PACKAGING IT WAS RECEIVED. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition.

Due to outgoing shipping costs, warehousing fees, payroll, and other factors, a 10% restocking fee may be added to your return and will be determined on a per-order basis. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 24-48 HOURS with proof of defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Please note that the refund may take some time to appear on your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 DAYS of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for final sale items, used items, gift cards, or items that have been customized or personalized.
