Thank you for shopping at peachypablo.com. We offer shipping within the US and strive to provide the best possible delivery experience for our customers. Here is what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

We process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary depending on carrier and delivery location. Standard shipping usually takes between 3-10 business days. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and are not guaranteed.

Express shipping is not offered at this time. If you require express shipping due to extenuating circumstances, you may contact our support team. All requests are approved or denied at our sole discretion. support@peachypablo.com

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout to most orders* over $99. A $12.50 shipping fee will be added at checkout to orders under $99.

UPGRADED PRIORITY SHIPPING: Upgraded priority shipping is available for some items for an additional $12.50

MANY OF OUR ITEMS WILL REQUIRE 21+ SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. ITEMS WITH THIS REQUIREMENT WILL HAVE IT LISTED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE FACTORED INTO THE COST OF THE ITEM. YOU MUST BE PRESENT WITH A VALID ID AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY FOR ITEMS THAT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE

Shipping Method:

We reserve the right to use any shipping carrier if it provides a better delivery experience for our customers.

Order Tracking:

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been packed. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the contiguous US.

Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will have an option at checkout to pay for GUARANTEED DELIVERY with INSURANCE. If you do not pay for the Guaranteed Delivery, you will be out of luck if your package is lost or stolen!

FRAUD PREVENTION AND ID CHECKING:
Due to an increase in fraudulent transactions we have a strict policy that all orders must have the SAME shipping and billing addresses. We understand gifts need to be sent, people move, go on vacation, etc. but we are not covered by the credit card processor if a chargeback claim were to be made. If you choose to ship to a different address than your billing address, we will contact you to provide proof of identity (drivers license or passport). This is to help prevent against fraud and protect your identity. 

If you do not wish to provide your ID for identity verification and need to ship to a different address than the billing address, you will need to use SEZZLE at checkout, and they will have their own verification process that is different from our own credit card processor.
