I received a defective Dr. Dabber Switch 2 and contacted Peachy Pablo immediately. The device will not properly hold higher temperature settings, keeps jumping back down, and has also had repeated vibration and light issues. I sent them videos clearly showing the problem and have followed up multiple times, but I still have not received a response or any resolution.
I paid for a brand-new working device, not something defective that I then have to chase customer service over. At this point the lack of communication is just as frustrating as the defective product itself. I would not recommend ordering from them based on how this has been handled.
I was half expecting nothing to arrive but to my surprise not only did I get my Dr. Dabber, it came quick and with a great discount. Would recommend this store.
